The SFA have hit the club from Ibrox with a disrepute charge for their actions during the December Glasgow derby at Celtic Park.
During the match Ryan Kent and Alfredo Morelos made gestures to the Celtic support while coach Michael Beale was sent to the stand following the red card to Morelos.

Michael Beale has also been charged with committing misconduct at this game and faces a suspension.
Rangers and Hibs have also been charged with failure to conduct themselves in an orderly fashion in last month’s game. Tom Culshaw and John Potter face individual charges.

The timing of the charge appears very suspicious. Within three days of the final whistle Ryan Christie was given a retrospective suspension, it seems like dealing with the Ibrox club requires three weeks preparations.
Late last night The Sun reported that Morelos had been given an extra yellow card after the match by referee Kevin Clancy, incredibly this fact seems to have escaped everyone’s attention in the 19 days since the match was played.
A fine will make little impact at Ibrox, meanwhile Celtic will be without the suspended Christie for three matches. A year earlier no action was taken against Morelos for an almost identical incident.
