With a distinct lack of live action to discuss Celtic fans have had to delve deep into the achieves to get some talking points.

Glasgow derbies are a favourite source with the goals of Moussa Dembele, Odsonne Edouard and others regularly relived and enjoyed.

Goals tend to dominate but if you ask any Celtic fan to name one challenge that won the points they would almost all nominate Robson v Daily.

In April 2018 Celtic welcomed Walter Smith’s side to Celtic Park with the Ibrox side in command of the title race thanks in part to two home wins over Celtic.

Only a win would do for Gordon Strachan’s side, within 15 seconds of kick-off Barry Robson led with his right-arm into Christian Dailly and a message was instantly relayed.

Shunsuka Nakamuru opened the scoring with a swerving 30 yarder than Allan McGregor never got near.

After a brilliant banner pointing to Scotland’s Shame was unfurled at half-time Nacho Novo equalised soon after the restart.

Scott McDonald missed a penalty but in stoppage time Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink headed home the winner to keep the title race live.

Celtic beat their city rivals again 11 days later, with the winning goal coming from a Barry Robson penalty before the title was clinched on an emotional Thursday night at Tannadice thanks to another Vennegoor of Hesselink header.

For those that watched it, the tide turned with Robson’s challenge on Daily, after that Celtic never looked back.
