Amid the madness of Radio Clyde’s Super Scoreboard there was one call tonight that was a pure belter!
The phone-in often provides an outlet for the most bizarre suggestions and conspiracies but even in light-hearted mood tonight’s panel was taken aback when Jim from Aberfoyle got through live on air.
For Ibrox fans that watched their side lose back-to-back matches against Hearts and Hamilton the suspension of football has brought a level of hope, or delusion as most fans would describe it.

Oh that’s creative!
Being a decent sort of fan Jim had a very novel suggestion to resolve the dispute over how to decide the 2019/20 Premiership title.
Sporting Jim suggested that Celtic are given this season’s title, which they don’t really deserve by the way, with his own side, led by serial loser James Tavernier, awarded the Champions League qualifying place to balance things out.

In his own mind it probably seemed a very decent plan, after going live on air he has his very own page in The Banter Years as a memorial to his 15 minutes of fame.
