The white whiskers and over-sized polo shirt could be put down to the impact of Lockdown but Ally McCoist can have no excuse for the classic seventies brown patterned wallpaper at his luxury Renfrewshire mansion.
Home interviews have created a lot of interest in backgrounds with the contents of bookcases coming under review after more than a month of Lockdown.
Positioning a phone or camera at the right angle is vitally important but looking down not even the flowing white whiskers can disguise the chins that the former Question of Sport skipper is carrying.

For someone renowned for cracking jokes McCoist seems quite angry and animated at the prospect of Celtic being awarded the 2019/20 Premiership title.
Since he took over from Walter Smith as manager of the old Rangers club in 2011 McCoist has known nothing other than Celtic being crowned as champions of Scotland.
Asterisk or not the trophy will be staying in the Celtic trophy room for almost as long as McCoist’s brown patterned wallpaper has been hanging.
