One paranoid bear has managed to expose how Peter Lawwell was behind the decision to award the French 2019/20 title to Paris Saint Germain.
The Celtic chief executive appears to live rent free in the minds of many Ibrox supporters who vastly over-estimate his power within the world of football. In September 2017 the hoops chief requested an investigation from the SFA into the 2011 UEFA licence awarded to the old Rangers club, almost three years later Lawwell is still waiting patiently on a reply.

It seems that Lawwell has contacts stretching across every area of world football. The prospect of the French authorities weighing up a decision based on their Government banning football before September seems way too sensible for some.
At every turn there has to be a Lawwell connection to explain why no major trophy has been close to Ibrox in the last nine years.
Rather than examine the failings of the directors that appointed Ally McCoist, Mark Warburton, Pedro Caixinha and Steven Gerrard to get ahead of Aberdeen it seems more comforting to blame an outside conspiracy for a decade of failure.
Rangers should demand an investigation into the decision to award PSG the title given they had as much chance of winning French league as they did the Scottish.
