In an interview of Radio Clyde’s Super Scoreboard tonight Stewart Robertson slammed the SPFL for mentioning bullying in their response to the dossier shared with member clubs today.
A classic deflection tactic according to the Ibrox Managing Director, admittedly a subject that he is well qualified to discuss.
Stewart Robertson has just made things even more embarrassing for Rangers. To claim that the club haven’t spoken about bullying is beyond belief. Their statement on April 11th which the club RT’d today literally uses that word!

Perhaps Robertson had forgotten that on April 16 in a Supports Update the Ibrox club stated:
Also, we are aware several club directors claimed they were being bullied at a time when Scottish football should have been acting in unity to alleviate the financial hardship of many of our clubs. Addressing the latter was one of our primary objectives and the resolution we presented could and should have been progressed.
After his pre-recorded interview went out it was easy to see why Robertson is kept well clear of media duties, it is safe to say that describing him as underwhelming is a shade generous.
The former Motherwell director was almost apologetic as Roger Hannah and Gordon Duncan presented him with the softest of questions to get his point across.
As the SPFL board stated there isn’t s single shred of evidence to stand up the claims made from Ibrox over the last month.
With tonight’s own goal the Managing Director at Ibrox won’t be allowed near big boy issues or media questioning for a long time to come.

Is this a joke?
What on earth is going on here?
You can’t just Trump your way through Scottish football pal.
