Douglas Park is set to release his ‘smoking gun’ on Tuesday as he attempts to delay Celtic’s 9-in-a-row celebrations.

On April 11, shortly after Scot Gardiner appeared on Radio Scotland’s Sportsound programme the Interim Ibrox chairman revealed that he had received evidence from a whistle-blower and called for the suspensions of Neil Doncaster and Rod McKenzie.

For almost a month Park has sat on his evidence, none of the favoured media outlets have been leaked any details with speculation going in two distinct directions.

Ibrox fans are convinced that Park has the details to expose the entire conspiracy that has been acting against their company while the rest of Scottish football is expecting a collection of WhatsApp messages spiced up with top spin.

The SPFL will host an EGM on May 12 where the evidence will be assessed with The Sun reporting:

RANGERS are poised to pull the trigger on their ‘smoking gun’ in the next 72 hours. The Ibrox club will submit their dossier of evidence they claim proves SPFL skullduggery to all 42 member clubs.

Gers are confident they have a strong case as they push for a second and far more wide-ranging independent probe into the handling of the vote to end the season.

They believe that voting process was botched and want to put the top brass on trial. Backed by Hearts and Stranraer, they have forced an EGM involving all clubs on May 12, but will need the support of 75 per cent of them to take things further.

SunSport understands the dossier will be made public on Tuesday, giving clubs time to deliberate before deciding whether to back calls for a second SPFL probe.

Since the initial statement on April 11 there has been no follow up calls for the suspensions of Doncaster and McKenzie.
