Andy Halliday is planning on his Ibrox return as a manager.
The utility man was recently released by Steven Gerrard but at the age of 28 he is planning to return in the dug-out of dignity.
Halliday was signed by Mark Warburton in 2015 then rewarded with a bumper new deal after winning the Petrofac Cup the following year.
He’s still one of their own!
Andy Halliday on leaving #Rangers and returning to Ibrox as a fan…and one day as a manger.

Since promotion to the top flight Halliday has found game time greatly reduced as the reality of playing against full-time opponents hits home.
Watching Celtic sweep up 11 domestic trophies must have been heart-breaking for the man from Copland Road. Rubbing salt in his wounds Celtic fans chanted his name during his rare appearances against the hoops.
Halliday has expressed a desire to continue his playing career in the MLS but with offers unlikely a contract at Hearts and regular media work looks far more realistic.
