Four of Celtic’s first five SPFL fixtures have been given tea-time kick-offs to suit live television.

Neil Lennon’s side begin their defence of the SPFL Premiership title with a 4.30pm kick off against Hamilton on Sunday August 2.

The following weekend the bhoys are in action away to Kilmarnock with another 4.30pm kick off for Sky Sports.

In midweek Celtic travel to St Mirren for a 6pm Wednesday kick off followed by a trip to Tannadice to play Dundee United on Saturday August 22 with a 5.30pm kick off.

On Saturday August 15 and on August 29 Celtic host Aberdeen and Motherwell with 3pm kick offs which will be the first big tests of the Virtual Season Tickets.

Celtic are in talks with the Scottish Government about a staged return of supporters to football matches and are hoping for a trial match on July 25.

The virtual Season Ticket will be valid for the Hamilton match but rather than watching on a mobile device fans will have the option to watch the match on Sky Sports.
