Leigh Griffiths is named as one of three substitutes as Celtic complete their pre-season build up at home to Hibs, kick off 1.30pm.
The striker was left out of the squad that played in three matches in France but should get some game time today as he tries to prove his worth to Neil Lennon.
After getting 48 minutes yesterday against Ross County yesterday Kerr McInroy gets another outing at left-back. From the squad that played in France Tom Rogic, Nir Bittton and Boli Bolingoli have been posted missing for the home double header. Tony Ralston plays at right back after being left out of the squads for earlier matches.
Today’s side is largely the one that started last week against Lyon as Lennon tries to give as much of his squad as possible playing time.
All of the players featured in the first team last season although Stephen Welsh, Scott Robertson and Karamoko Dembele never managed more than 90 minutes.
On Sunday the action starts to get serious when Hamilton Accies visit Celtic Park for the opening game of the season. Lennon will have six outfield substitutes to select with all of today’s starting side in contention for a place on the bench.
