Celtic are reported to be close to signing Aaron Hickey- two years after he moved to Hearts from the Celtic Academy.
The winger has been strongly linked with Bayern Munich over the last fortnight but it now seems that a return trip along the M8 seems more likely.

Hickey made his first team debut for Hearts late in the 2018/19 season then faced Celtic in the final SPFL match and in the Scottish Cup Final.
It’s believed that Kieran Tierney’s status at Celtic played a big part in Hickey’s decision to move on but last summer the fans’ favourite left for Arsenal with Boli Bolingoli and Greg Taylor brought in as replacements.
The Belgian looks unlikely to play again after his trip to Malaga leaving Tierney as the only option at left-back.
Hickey can play in either full-back position but returns to Celtic with 32 first team matches under his belt while his peers from two years ago have struggled to get any meaningful football with the demise of the Reserve Leagues.
