Neil Lennon has revealed that Celtic players are aware that they can’t go out and socialise.
The Celtic boss was speaking soon after the SPFL postponed the St Johnstone v Aberdeen match after eight of Derek McInnes’ side were put into self-isolation.
Two players have tested positive with a further six involved in a visit to a city centre pub after their opening SPFL fixture last Saturday.

There seems to have been little clarity over the context of sporting bubbles in Scottish football.
Elsewhere in sport England cricketer Jofra Archer was left out of a Test Match due to making a visit to his parents with examples abroad of players being suspended for going about apparently everyday activities.
The Aberdeen incident was repeatedly discussed through Nicola Sturgeon’s media conference today with the First Minister clearly angered by the disregard shown by the footballers when the sport was given special status to strat the new season.
Next Saturday Celtic host Aberdeen in the SPFL with the players involved remaining in self-isolation.
?? NL: “We made our players aware again this morning. They really can’t go out and socialise and open ourselves up to any finger-pointing. It’s basically a case of: home, training, home, games. Unfortunately, that’s the way it’s got to be until things get better.”
