Neil Lennon has hit out at newspapers that have run polls on whether or not he should be sacked.

The Glasgow Times was one of the publishers that ran a poll with that publisher which also covers The Herald given media access to all matters inside Celtic Park.

The Poll has been removed by Glasgow Times.

Across Social Media there has been a number of calls from Celtic fans for the manager to be removed but without the sinister support of a media group.

While the potential for a manager to be sacked is regularly discussed in newspapers and online publications setting up a poll is a step that Mark Warburton and Pedro Caixinha were spared from by the Herald & Times Group.

Lennon was in defiant mood at his media conference saying that there was no justification behind calls for his sacking ‘at the moment’.

On the injury front Odsonne Edouard and Nir Bitton appear to be back in full training with no fresh injuries reported from the 3-3 draw at Aberdeen.
