Tim Vickery has given his seal of approval to Celtic target Diego Laxalt.
The AC Milan defender has been strongly linked with a move to Celtic and would become the club’s first ever player from Uruguay.
Vickery has been based in Brazil for over 20 years, developing a strong following in the UK during the 2018 World Cup Finals in Russia where he provided the BBC and TalkSPORT with detailed and informed analysis from a South American perspective.

Cash flow seems to be critical in Italy at the moment with loan deals an important way of reducing wage bills.
Milan paid 13m euros to sign Laxalt from Genoa in 2018 but last season the 27-year-old was sent out on loan to Torino, so far this season he has been an unused substitute in three matches.
Uruguay is one of the biggest exporters of footballers in the world with Latin countries the most likely destinations.
