The former Leicester City and Aston Villa boss has been touted by some for a return to Celtic with pressure mounting on Neil Lennon after a disastrous run of form.
Neither Mark Wilson or Simon Donnelly played under O’Neill during his five year stint as manager but he will join them on Friday to discuss all matters Celtic.

Lennon is the player most closely associated with O’Neill who signed his fellow Irishman for both Leicester and Celtic.
After a run of two wins in eight matches that have left Celtic trailing by double figures in the SPFL title race the pressure is on Lennon and Chief Executive Peter Lawwell to turn things around.
Celtic’s next SPFL match is at home to St Johnstone on December 6 but before that they face two daunting Europa League ties away to Sparta Prague and AC Milan which at this stage look like damage limitation exercises.
Hearing the Martin O’Neill and Roy Keane move is a thing

Eddie Howe , Martin O’Neill or Gordon Strachan will be the next Celtic manager!

I’d take a cardboard cut out of Martin O’Neill at this point. Have we not to change the manager out of fear? Or should we just stick to something that clearly isn’t working?

Getting the draw today just seems like its a ‘stay of execution’ mate. I don’t know any Celtic fans that want NL to continue. Who is the replacement if it does come to it? Eddie Howe, Martin O’Neill or Jack Ross?
