Odsonne Edouard looks to be back to his best with two first half goals (18 and 23 minutes) for the French u-21 side against Switzerland tonight.
With both teams certain to qualify for next summer’s European Championship Finals tonight’s match is mainly academic but after losing to the Swiss earlier in the group the French side have a score to settle with their opponents winning all nine of their matches to date.
Edouard missed the October internationals due to a positive test and failed to find the net last week despite the French trouncing Liechtenstein 5-0.
Both of Edouard’s goals. Need to go on links to see them, easy enough though.

That first goal looked like the Edouard of earlier this year when his goals alongside Leigh Griffiths powered Celtic to a ninth title with 28 points out of 30 after the winter break in Dubai.
Before tonight’s first half double the last time that Edouard had scored was away to Sarajevo on October 1, on tonight’s evidence Hibs might be in for a domestic backlash on Saturday.
UPDATE: Final Score France 3-1 Switzeraland. Edouard 2 and Kolo Muani for France, Imeri for Switzerland.
