Moi Elyounoussi and Shane Duffy are out of the Celtic squad to face AC Milan tomorrow night.
Defeat last week away to Sparta Prague ended Celtic’s hopes of progress in the Europa League with the prospects bleak of pulling off a result against the leaders of Serie A.
In October Milan won 3-1 in Glasgow with Elyounoussi scoring the Celtic goal but when the hoops run out in the San Siro tomorrow the on loan winger will be watching the action from his home.
? NL: “Elyounoussi won’t travel. Duffy’s having his knee assessed, he picked up a knock today so we’ll see how he is. I’ll still put a strong team out and give some players some much needed game time as well.”

Duffy would have been an unlikely starter against Milan, despite the big expectations when he signed in September he has fallen behind Nir Bitton and Chris Jullien in recent weeks.
Hatem Abd Elhamed is another option in central defence with Stephen Welsh featuring in two of this season’s Europa League matches.
From the Celtic tweets there was no mention of Leigh Griffiths who has missed the last two matches due to a knee injury.
