Marc Crosas brough some much needed humour to Twitter last night as he was reminded of his time at Celtic.
A decade ago the young Catalan was something of a celebrity around Glasgow as he took to the city and its nightlife after a loan spell at Lyon before making the break from Barcelona.
The culture of Celtic and interaction with supporters was a good mix as he made himself at home without some of the tales of woe and homesikness that often emerges from foreign signings.
One rumour of his popularity did seem to take root linking the dashing young Catalan with a certain media celebrity.
In a small pond like Glasgow media personalities and sportsmen are often at the same venues with Crosas able to look back and laugh at one of many memories from three years in Glasgow that amounted to just over 50 appearances under Gordon Strachan and Neil Lennon.
It’s nice to see some pictures of the old times with the Bhoys and Ghirls. More than 10 years already. Anyone else sharing any pictures ahead of Saturday’s game? @CelticFC #CelticFamily ? https://t.co/lc3wvLFCxg
