Conor Hazard makes his Celtic debut in goals tonight as one of six changes from the side that lost to St Johnstone for tonight’s Europa League match with Lille.

The 22-year-old keeper made 11 appearances for Dundee last season but comes in for his first Celtic appearance with Scott Bain and Vasilis Barkas on the bench. Shane Duffy, Ismaila Soro, Diego Laxalt, Patryk Klimala and Moi Elyounoussi also earn starting places.

In Europa League terms tonight’s match is virtually meaningless although there is prize money available if Celtic can secure their first win in the competition.

Celtic’s only point from the group came away to Lille at the end of October but a depressing Goals Against tally of 17 includes eight from the last two matches away to Sparta and Milan.

With just two wins in their last 12 matches Lennon is desperate to return to winning ways but after failing to beat Ross County or St Johnstone at home it is hard to see them turning over a top French side that recently beat AC Milan in the San Siro.

CELTIC: Hazard; Julien, Duffy, Ajer; Frimpong, McGregor, Soro, Turnbull, Laxalt: Klimala, Elyounoussi

SUBS: Barkas, Bain, Taylor, Brown, Griffiths, Ajeti, Rogic, Edouard, Henderson, Harper, Welsh
