They’ve been whiter than white at Ibrox recently, Steven Gerrard recently became the only manager in Britain to deliver post match media interviews wearing a mask.

While Celtic foolishly made a training trip to Dubai the Ibrox side stayed at home and maintained their 100% record of having no positive tests.

The only blemish was on the day of Scot Arfield’s birthday when Jordan Jones and George Edmondson were caught at a house party, fortunately none of their team-mates joined them with a club fine and self isolating followed by a suspension from the SFA.

They don’t look like cardboard cut outs, perhaps Jason Leitch, BBC Scotland, STV or Sky Sports might take this up with the SFA and SPFL.

Photographer Willie Vass is a man known to scoop a story or two, when Celtic returned from Dubai he was at Glasgow Airport to take pictures of the players inside the terminal. Helpfully he also included pictures of the players inside a Parks of Hamilton coach.

As usual Vass was on duty at Ibrox on Saturday for the visit of Ross County, happily snapping away as the goals flew into the visitors net.

Pictured in the West Enclosure enjoying one of the goals are nine Ibrox fans alongwith what looks like two club officials/employees sitting in club jackets watching the game.

According to the protocols in place to allow football to continue the numbers inside a stadium are very limited. The squads, management teams and backroom staff of both clubs are allowed in as well as directors to ensure smooth running.

Beyond that media numbers are very limited plus stewards and some medical staff in case of a serious injury.

There are no ballboys allowed at matches but somehow the Ibrox club managed to allow at least nine fans in to Saturday’s match without any issue being raised by the SPFL Delegate who is there to ensure that all protocols are followed.

Under the current Lockdown measures in place in Glasgow all but essential journeys for work or food shopping is banned and has been since January 5.

Earlier in the season Dundee United played in a friendly match at Murray Park against a side that hadn’t tested negative within the time-frame. The match went ahead without assistant referees who weren’t allowed in because they hadn’t been tested.
