Two days after their offensive comments about Neil Lennon, Herald and Times Sport were invited in to question the man that is the subject of their scorn.
Although they deleted the Tweet there has been no comment or apology from the Glasgow Times over the issue.
Yesterday, on his first day back at his ‘office’ in a fortnight Celtic decided to schedule a media conference for their broadcast and newspaper partners, the Zoom call is by invite only.
Lennon can be let down by his honesty- keeping a lid on things for most of the season spilled over yesterday as he provided outlets like Herald and Times Sport with the sort of content that they crave.
The majority of the population watched events unfold virtually live online but for that diminishing sector that gets its news from old fashioned print they’ll have something to indulge in this morning, served with the compliments of Celtic’s Communications Team.
That picture is a disgrace. I will dance with joy when your rag shuts down.
