Without knowing it Jonny Hayes went viral yesterday after a hilarious slip from Sky Sports presenter Eilidh Barbour.
During the build up to yesterday’s match at Pittodrie the stats were being ran through with Hayes standing on 49 goals in the SPL and SPFL. One more goal would be quite a landmark with Barbour getting a little tongue tied as she speculated over the milestone.

Unfortunately for Aberdeen that goal escaped Hayes as his side lost 2-1 to Steven Gerrard’s men. On Wednesday Aberdeen travel to Livingston looking to get back to winning ways with Hayes still chasing that elusive 50th league goal.
