Kris Boyd is back on Celtic duty with the former Kilmarnock striker part of Sky Sports’ coverage of tonight’s match away to Ross County.
Sky has come under increasing criticism for Boyd’s coverage of Celtic matches after he sneered through the matches against Hibs, Livingston and Kilmarnock.
It may well have been a coincidence but John Collins and Shaun Maloney have been drafted in to cover Celtic’s most recent televised games- away to St Mirren and St Johnstone.

Boyd will make the long trek north to Dingwall with this weekend’s fixtures brought forward from April due to the absence of the Scottish Cup with the lower divisions still suspended.
Celtic take on County for the fourth time this season on the back of five successive wins but it looks to be too little too late for Neil Lennon’s side.
In contrast, despite some promising results under John Hughes, County are sitting bottom of the table although the recent form of Kilmarnock and Motherwell gives them grounds for hope that they can escape the drop.
