Neil Lennon has claimed that he is comfortable in his role as Celtic manager.
The hoops boss was speaking at a media conference the day after Celtic chairman Ian Bankier had provided supporters with what was claimed to be an update on the Managerial Review that the club announced on December 7.
Tellingly there was no mention of Lennon with Bankier claiming that the club wouldn’t be making any hasty decisions.
Since announcing the Review Celtic have had one CEO resign, recruited another, moved on three players, lost 12 more points and suffered from a disastrous January training trip to Dubai.

With Peter Lawwell leaving at the end of June Lennon has lost one of his biggest backers although ultimately all major decisions are likely to be subject to a veto from Dermot Desmond.
Shortly after winning the 2019 Scottisj Cup Final against Hearts, Lennon was given the manager’s job on a permanent basis with a 12-month rolling contract.
