Czech media reports are claiming that Slavia Prague star Ondrej Kudela was punched inside Ibrox with his club calling on the Police before they left the stadium.
Slavia won tonight’s match 2-0 to progress to the last eight of the competition on a 3-1 aggregate but it was a nasty and bad tempered match throughout.
Kemar Roofe was the first home player to be sent off when he sent his studs into the face of the Slavia keeper who required five minutes of treatment before being stretchered off with his face bleeding and head bandaged up.
Leon Balogun was sent off 12 minutes later for a second yellow card offence. From the free-kick Slavia scored their second goal to finish the match as a contest.
Five minutes from the final whistle Kudela whispered something to Glen Kamara that saw more than a dozen players jostling with Kudela and Connor Goldson both booked.
Chairman of @slaviaofficial Jaroslav Tvrdík categorically denied allegations, that Slavia player Ond?ej Kúdela made racist remarks towards Rangers players. Slavia`s chairman also expressed utter shock, that one of the players was physically attacked inside Ibrox stadium. https://t.co/oAKvMVSXQt

UEFA will have to examine a number of incidents during and after the match, if there is evidence of a player being attacked inside the stadium it is a very serious matter.
From the tunnel the players make their way to the dressing rooms. Limited player access will be given to the media with a number of UEFA officials around to ensure that the demands of the broadcasters are all met.
If a player has been attacked there will be serious consequences for anyone involved including the host club. With the Czech Republic playing two group matches at Hampden during the European Championships any failure of security could impact on the SFA.
