The Gonzagga Twitter account has claimed that Celtic have held talks with a number of candidates with one standing out above the rest.
At the end of January the virtually dormant Twitter account came out with a very strong defence of the club hierarchy leading some fans to conclude that the account was close to someone in Dermot Desmond’s family.
Over a month on from Neil Lennon’s resignation there appears to be no outward sign of Celtic making a serious move towards finding a successor.
Celtic have now held talks with a number of candidates. Wide spectrum of candidates spoken to but one candidate stood out from the others. Appointment not immediately imminent as still some details to iron out. Exciting times ahead.

John Kennedy has been in charge for three matches with Roy Keane the current favourite to take over on a permanent basis,
According to Stephen McGowan in the Daily Mail Celtic have held talks with Keane who has been out of front line management for more than 10 years.
At some stage next month Celtic are expected to start the campaign to get Season Ticket renewals, without a manager that task will be much tougher with many fans waiting to see the club’s level of ambition.
