Celtic’s Social Media team were finally on the end of some praise last night as they released details of a special top being worn by the players before tonight’s match with St Johnstone.
Adidas haven’t made many mistakes this season other than being in the right place at the wrong time with a special tracksuit top, or zipper, being produced to mark Scott Brown’s final home match.
After 14 eventful and successful years it will be Goodbye to Paradise at around 8.20pm tonight as a chapter in Celtic’s history ends with 22 winners medals to his name.
For the last time Brown will lead the team out into action, take the Huddle and try to salvage something from a season best forgotten- especially when placed against the four that preceded it.
Behind him the Fifer will leave so many memories, a six minute video earlier this week did an amazing job in compacting a career crammed with highlights.
In 2017 he lifted the Scottish Cup after Tom Rogic’s goal had clinched Scotland’s first and only Invincible Treble, at an eerie and empty Hampden in May he lifted the trophy again to complete a run of 12 domestic trophy wins.
