Celtic Shared has issued a brutal condemnation on the failings of the Celtic board summed up by the 100 plus days that they have been looking for a new manager.
Last Friday it was widely reported that Celtic were in advanced talks with a new candidate but a week later they appear to be no closer to appointing Ange Postecoglou as Neil Lennon’s successor.
Celtic Shared aim to open up ownership of the club, since forming in January they have attracted over 5,000 followers on Twitter and are supportive of the Celtic Trust.
Since the club announced their failure to appoint Eddie Howe there has been no further comment or update on the appointment of a new manager.
The lack of communication is one of the issues impacting the club but when the message isn’t very positive keeping quiet is understandable.
Peter Lawwell is scheduled to retire on June 30 with Dom McKay taking on full CEO duties the following day.
We are 100 days without a manager. We have had 2 months of silence from Dom McKay. The PLC is paying two CEO salaries, yet there is no leadership. Our recruitment process has lead us to look to appoint someone without even the correct badges. No well run club behaves in this way.

We all want Celtic to be successful, to feel valued as supporters and to feel like the club represents the values of our support. We are being badly let down in all departments at the moment.

#Celtic in advanced talks with Ange Postecoglou and are tonight close to appointing him as manager. Postecoglou, 55, has been working in Japan with Yokohoma F. Marinos
