Kyogo Furuhashi has only been in Scotland for just over four months but he has already created plenty of memories and is instantly recognisable by his first name.

The striker arrived in Scotland on the first day of the SPFL season and was pitched onto Tynecastle as Celtic crashed to defeat from Hearts.

A week later, via a trip and a goal in the Czech Republic, he made his debut on the west end of the M8, marking the occasion with a hat-trick against Dundee. Even before Odsonne Edouard had left Celtic fans had a new hero.

Not all of the experiences have been pleasant but Japanese flags quickly appeared around Celtic Park with the form and attitude of the new bhoy winning him instant approval with the Celtic support.

Finding a real life predator, someone that thrives on service into the penalty box is a fantastic asset for any team but as he demonstrated with his goal at home to Ferencvaros, Kyogo can also make telling runs from deep and can also finish from distance.
