Liam Scales has had a week that he won’t forget in a hurry!
Last Sunday he marked his SPFL debut for Celtic with a goal against Dundee United six minutes after coming off the bench for Greg Taylor.
Roll forward four days and he made the Celtic Starting XI for the first time, playing the full 90 minutes in an impressive 3-2 Europa League win over Real Betis.

Today he was given a reminder from back in March when his goal against Dundalk was awarded the Shamrock Rovers Goal of the Season.
Taking a cross from the right he took a touch on his left foot, switched to his right then sent a left foot shot across the goalkeeper into the net.
Scales joined Celtic at the end of August for what was reported to be a record League of Ireland transfer fee of £600,000.
