Ange Postecogluo earned a few laughs among the Celtic support yesterday after spelling out his transfer intentions to Gabriel Antoniazzi.

No matter how the Radio Clyde reporter tried to open the door to more signings the wily Celtic boss closed it down in style.

Antoniazzi is certainly a trier, from the opening SPFL match of the season he has been a regular sparring partner for Postecoglou with the Celtic boss in complete control of the sessions.

The budding young reporter was part of PLZ Soccer at the start of the season, despite a transfer through to Radio Clyde his luck hasn’t improved in getting a headline grabbing answer out of the Celtic manager.

Before the opener away to Hearts Postecogluo was asked how he’d get upto speed on Scottish opponents:

I’m still on the same planet mate, I’ve not come from outer space.

Asking whether Carl Starfelt’s style of play was perfect for how he wanted his side to play:

Yeah, that’s why I signed him mate, I kind of figured out the type of player he was before I brought him in.

Asking if Wednesday’s game at Hearts would be a marker on Celtic’s progress since the opening day of the season:

It’s the fourth time that we’ve played them.

Asking again if Celtic’s transfer business for the month has been completed:

I thought that I was pretty clear.

There could be more fun and games with the Celtic manager after today’s match at home to Dundee United, it’s not yet known if Radio Clyde will send Antoniazzi to cover the action.

Bloke gets questions to answer from someone not got cheek to ask I’m sure angi knows this and let’s him of easy if anything he has no personal issue with the guy and I’m sure unofficially treats him well seems boring to angi and he would love to pass this on to celtic press man but celtic have a world wide audience so manager has to take these questions

Radio Snide have an utter cheek. If any Celtic fan calls in,actually manages to get through,he or she is quickly shut down or ridiculed if they don’t like the point or questions. On the other hand, foosty buns get to make their point and usually ask if it’s OK to come back with another, once their original nonsensical point has been dealt with,to be told of course you can.Feckin horrible station,no Celtic fan takes them seriously.Shower of dobs and/or ebt acceptees.Keevins should be thoroughly ashamed of himself.Still, Glasgow is Japanese and Green and White.
