Allan McGregor was the fall guy for Ibrox fans as they watched their side chuck away a 2-0 lead to draw at home to Motherwell.
The keeper turned 40 at the start of the month and looked every day of that as Jordan Roberts then Kaiyne Woolery levelled the scores to the despair and abuse of the home support.
John Lundstram and Conor Goldson were at fault for the first goal but Greegsy allowed the ball to cross inside his six yard box allowing Roberts to tap the ball home.
Goldson and James Tavernier were turned inside out by Woolery before he fired a low 15 yard shot in at the near post with McGregor appearing to jump off the ground to allow the ball under his foot.
There was barely 10,000 fans inside Ibrox for the final whistle, those that hung around let Greegsy and his team-mates know exactly what they thought of their efforts.
Allan McGregor at fault for both, with bad assists from Goldson for both too. We don’t seem to ever learn from our defensive ineptitude. McLaughlin, Balogun and Helander on Wednesday (assuming they’re fit).
