Aaron Ramsey draws another blank despite van Bronckhorst using four substitutes

Aaron Ramsey drew another blank as he watched from the bench as his side scraped a late 1-0 win over Aberdeen at Ibrox. 

The Welshman came on for the last four minutes away to Borussia Dortmund then sat out the next four matches due to injury. 

With the Wales v Austria World Cup Play-Off less than three weeks ago Ramsey has binned the Ibrox medical team with physios from Italy flown in to get him for international duty. 

With the game goal-less Giovanni van Bronckhorst threw on Leon Balogun, Scott Arfield, John Lundstram and Kemar Roofe with Ramsey getting no further than a brisk warm during the second half. 

On Thursday night Red Star Belgrade visit Ibrox in the Europa League with Rambo still waiting to add to his one and only starting appearance away to Annan Athletic.
