Radio Scotland managed to avoid calling a Sportsound Special on Monday night to discuss cornergate that handed Celtic a massive advantage in the race for the SPFL title.
From half-time at the Toni Macaroni Arena on Sunday it seemed like only one incident had happened during Celtic’s visit to the new town.
With two players sliding towards the ball on the bye-line Nick Walsh, who trains Murray Park starlets on a daily basis in his job as a PE teacher at Boclair Academy, pointed for a corner to Celtic. Big deal, so what.
But not for the Sportsound team who examined it in depth at half-time and full-time before handing with baton on in early evening to Steven Thompson on Sportscene with Kenny Miller and Richard Forster for added credibility.
Unfortunately hard hitting trackside reporter Kenny Macintyre was given the weekend off after being forced to cover Celtic’s matches against Hibs and St Mirren. A hard watch as he told Ange Postecoglou.
The BBC recently binned their Monday night show, it won’t be until the weekend that their panel of former Ibrox aces can share their views on the corner that changed the course of the title race.
On tonight’s @BBCSportsound our host @kennymacsport investigates the corner wrongly given at Livingston yesterday with a strong panel: @RichwilsOn @Kenny_Miller & @MarkHateley10
We also look back on how a 10 year old club spent Saturday pretending to be 150 years old. pic.twitter.com/LuC0MrwaXF

Hahahahahahaha I’m sure a balanced view was heard by all ffs. The absolute pain and fear of Celtic maybe winning the league here is tremendous.

Rangers are my team, never hidden that. Be strange to have someone working on Sportsound that didn’t support a team.
As for Kris Boyd. I know at times he is a wind up merchant, but he talks up our game. Would he be in the Sky studio tonight if he wasn’t such a big personality?

Remember when Anthony Stokes score with a freekick at Tannadice and they went on for days that he rolled the ball back by half the circumference.
By going on and on and on about the one or two decisions Celtic get, it makes it look as if we get them all the time and it allows them to ignore more blatant favouritism the decisions elsewhere.
Having said that we are currently enjoying a fortuitous run but I can’t help they are saving them up for our Ibrox trip.
Bang on, It’s an agenda they’ve been set, Livingstone should have played the game with 10 men for the last 35min.
A stonewall yellow (2nd) no more than 8 yards from the ref yet zero comment anywhere in the SMSM….
Go figure !!!!!!!
