Keith Jackson has highlighted what he describes as the ‘moronic sectarian song book’ from Dens Park yesterday while other body-swerve the issue.

Sky Sports and Radio Scotland were both content to broadcast the singing and chanting without making any comment, apology or condemnation.

Jackson was making another attack on the Ibrox board and highlighting the issues running between the Blue Room of Dignity and the fans who use matches as the rallying point to express their hatred for Kaflikz.

In his Daily Record column discussing yesterday’s events at Dens Park, Jackson mentions:

They also appear to be revelling in the return of a moronic sectarian song book, regardless of what impact it has on their own club’s reputation or how much offence it may cause some of their own players.

The Famine Song and The Billy Boys were both heard from the match without any sign of action from Police Scotland. It remains to be seen if any action is taken based on CCTV coverage.

Three times the match was interrupted as missiles were thrown onto the pitch.

Shouldn’t there be a League Table for best supporters along with points added or deducted for good/ bad conduct regardless of the size of the crowd.
What makes a good football supporter?
    What makes a bad supporter?
Subjectivity – getting behind your own team.
Objectivity – applauding good football regardless if its your team or not.
The words and music of the song.
It would be a worthwhile exercise just to shame the racist morons at each ground.
