One home fan recognised the Celtic winger enjoying a quick trip south of the border, one picture later and hoops fans were discussing their winger, his extraordinary hairstyle and what the trip to Anfield meant to the prospects of him staying at Celtic beyond his season long loan.Â

After watching Jurgen Klopp’s side book their semi-final slot against Villarreal, a match that is bound to be of interest to Celtic fans, Jota will have driven back up the M6 to resume training for Sunday’s Scottish Cup semi-final at Hampden.Â
That match will have his entire focus although tonight he might cast his eye across Glasgow to see how another Portuguese club gets on at Ibrox although it is unlikely that any pictures will emerge of Jota in and around Ibrox.Â
