After being exposed, shown up and humiliated again by Ange Postecoglou, Kenny Macintyre consoled himself by tweeting that the Celtic boss keeps him on his toes.
Typical of a lifelong BBC employee Macintyre has no self-awareness, living in a bubble where he thinks that he is something special, providing a service by imposing his views on others.
The son of a former BBC political reporter and husband of a BBC radio presenter it is hardly a surprise that Kenny thinks he is some sort of authority- asking the challenging questions that others are wary of.
Rangers are my team, never hidden that. Be strange to have someone working on Sportsound that didn’t support a team.
As for Kris Boyd. I know at times he is a wind up merchant, but he talks up our game. Would he be in the Sky studio tonight if he wasn’t such a big personality?

Having not interviewed a current Ibrox employee in seven years Kenny Mac feels that he is a wrecking ball knowing that he won’t have to ask a hard question to Mister Gerrard or Mister van Bronckhorst after shipping another trophy to Celtic.
Last season was the stuff of dreams for the BBC’s leading touchline reporter (not a title that carries much clout or creditability outside of the bubble created by the state broadcaster).
He got to wade into Neil Lennon in the fashion that his fellow members of Follow Follow would give anything for. Picking away at the uncomfortable areas as Celtic’s season collapsed with no-one inside the club willing to admit failure and the desperate need for change. It was great fun for Kenny Mac, this season a lot less so. A lot, lot less.
The dreams of Ibrox domination, Dave King’s Pack of Cards promise have been demolished in style. Yet it had all started so promisingly with three defeats in six including one at Ibrox.
In Ange Postecoglou the man from the BBC has been confronted by an outsider, one that happily goads away at Macintyre’s love for everything, anything Ibrox related. Ange has smashed Macintryre’s dream season, almost weekly he taunts the BBC reporter who doesn’t even have the gumption to know that he has been destroyed and humiliated- instead he returns to Twitter for further trashing.
This guy has been a fantastic addition to Scottish football.
Keeps you on your toes, but great to deal with. https://t.co/VIFHls66ln

— John (@lucyandSean) May 7, 2022
Yes and you’re fast becoming an embarrassment in Scottish football, one which people are not blind to. BBC used to have some degree of balance but no more, it’s steadily drifting the same way @ScotlandSky has.

Honestly, as a professional who not only promotes our national game but makes a living from it, what on earth made you say to yourself, “I know what I should ask him”
Incredible piece of open disrespect to the man.— Terry Munro ? (@H0dling) May 7, 2022
