Stunning new footage emerges of Jota’s wonder goal at Kilmarnock

Celtic TC was perfectly placed to capture the brilliance of Jota’s goal against Kilmarnock. 

There was some impressive build up play from Daizen Maeda but nothing could prepare goalkeeper Sam Walker for what came next. 

A fortnight ago Jota fired in a stunning goal against Aberdeen, yesterday’s effort seemed a little better as the winger doubled Celtic’s lead after Kyogo Furuhashi provided an early advantage to the visitors. 

Walker’s dive was never going to have much effect, the speed of the shot deserved a goal with the keeper barely able to deflect the flight of the ball into the net. 

There were two overhead kicks and a collectors item from Carl Starfelt for Celtic TV to pick up on as the hoops maintained their 100% start to the season with their unbeaten Premiership run now stretching to 35 matches. 

Next up for Ange Postecoglou’s squad is Hearts on Sunday, inbetween Europa League ties against Zurich.
