After a dramatic day of VAT fuelled action Celtic are four points clear at the top of the SPFL Premiership.

Ange Postecoglou’s side survived a variety of challenges to emerge from Tynecastle with full points thanks to a winning goal from Greg Taylor to deliver a 4-3 scoreline.

VAR dominated the match with Hearts scoring from two penalties, one of which was retaken with James Forrest denied a penalty despite a clear handball from Michael Smith.

Despite the 12.30 kick off the final whistle and aftermath stretched towards the 3pm kick-offs with Livingston taking a surprise point from Ibrox.

David Martindale’s side took the lead in the fourth minute through Joe Nouble.

Livi substitute Boyes was sent off in the 78th minute with John Lundstram equalising in the 90th minute.

The away side survived almost eight minutes of stoppage time to take a point. Next Sunday Celtic travel to Livingston, the day after Aberdeen go to Ibrox.
