Kyogo Furuhashi played a full part in the post-match celebrations at Livingston yesterday.

The striker had been off form in recent weeks with his touch around goal deserting him, highlighted by a weak shot at the keeper when sent through 1-on-1 against Shakhtar Donetsk in midweek.

There was no hangover yesterday as Celtic visited Livi in the SPFL and Kyogo’s first experience of the infamous surface at the Tony Macaroni Arena.

Nine minutes in Kyogo found the space, Greg Taylor’s pass was perfectly weighted and almost instantly the ball was fired into the net.

Once again Kyogo had opened the scoring away from home, as he did at Ross County, Kilmarnock and Dundee United before he took a dunt early in the Glasgow derby.

Greg Taylor and Jota added goals in the second half to put the match beyond Livi but at the final whistle there was only one person to lead the celebrations.
