Confusion reigns over Ibrox holiday plans

As usual chaos reigns at Ibrox with Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s squad spread far and wide on holiday.

After two months of misery that saw the club enter the Champions League record books and trail Celtic by nine points the last thing that loyal bears want to know about is their flops splashing about in the pools of Dubai, Vegas and elsewhere.

As Celtic arrive in Australia hoops fans can look forward to friendlies on November 17 and 20, a short break for the players then a match in Portugal on December 8 before the focus turns to Aberdeen at Pittodrie on December 17.

With their club keeping a low profile on-message vlogger David Edgar’s announcement that the Ibrox first team squad were off on three weeks holiday was met with an angry backlash on social media.

Now the players are only on a two week break with no signs of development over the position of van Bronckhorst.

Any players thinking of uploading holiday snaps onto Instagram would be well advised to let that thought pass, keeping a low profile over the next few weeks should keep the angry bears at bay.
