GERS FANS TV have nailed the biggest problem for Giovanni van Bronckhorst by comparing the quality of ball-boys at Celtic Park and Ibrox.
Most supporters would be able to identify a dozen area on the pitch from speed and mobility to tactics and organisation with the hoops having a very defined attacking game-plan while at Ibrox there seems to be wishful thinking that Ryan Kent will deliver a meaningful delivery into the penalty box.
Celtic use what is termed a multi-ball system where as soon as one ball goes out of play another is available for use rather than waiting for the original ball to be retrieved and brought back into play.
It has been in use for over a year, Hibs boss Lee Johnson complimented it, in the September Glasgow Derby it caught out the Ibrox stars as they went in at half-time trailing 3-0.

You need to remember that when they play at home their ball-boys are like the Celtic Boys Club or whatever, they’re part of the game plan, they must be part of the team talk, they know when to throw the ball, who to throw it to, there’s a bit of urgency.
Rangers have got this thing where they want to employ, now I need to watch what I’m saying because I don’t want to get into trouble but Rangers do these things where they, wae the rainbow laces and tick the boxes and tick this, your Dad’s pregnant and all this woke generation. And you are employing kids that are basically there because it ticks boxes.
After losing to Ajax on Tuesday van Bronckhorst put the defeat down to the Dutch side not playing at the weekend.
