Everyone knows that Ryan Jack is a True Blue.

In five seasons at Ibrox he has picked up two winners medals and started almost 100 SPFL matches following his move from Aberdeen where he watched Celtic dominate Scottish football.

Needing a win in the Glasgow Derby Micky Beale decided to drop Jack to the bench.

Needing to hold onto a single lead the 31-year-old was sent on with 20 minutes left to play, some fans have compared Jacko, Scott Wright and James Sands unfavourably to Aaron Mooy, Jota, Giorgos Giakoumakis and Liel Abada.

Jack had one job to do, do it successfully and he is a hero, soaking up the adulation of a first SPFL win over Celtic in 16 months. He failed.

Trailing the Celtic substitutes back into the penalty box Jacko was unable to prevent the ball being played into the path of Kyogo Furuhashi, what happened next will haunt him.

Next month Jack will be 31, with his contract running out in May there might not be too many big matches left for the True Blue to savour.
