During his usual 20 minute media conference, spent mostly talking about himself Micky Beale sent out a not so subtle warning to Neil McCann.
Asked by Lindsay Herron of the Daily Express on McCann’s comments about Alfredo Morelos being an idiot on Radio Scotland the Ibrox boss went into full flow.
Claiming that McCann was actually a friend, Beale proceeded to throw the former Scotland winger under the bus with a large target painted on his back.
McCann’s well publicised financial problems may have played a part in his Tynecastle outburst against Morelos.
It seems that the pay-cheques from RTV are a thing of the past. Since the World Cup break ended the studio presentation has been binned, Emma Dodds is no longer required with McCann, Craig Moore, Shelley Kerr and Alan Hutton no longer picking up money for old rope.
With Sky Sports are no longer interested in his double act with David Tanner it seems that BBC Scotland is the last resort for McCann but upsetting the bears can prove costly as Michael Stewart has discovered.
? LISTEN: “I think he’ll regret that more than maybe Alfredo will celebrating”.

Quite a sinister statement to make. What does he mean regret? In what way will he regret? Who is he appealing to? We all know what the Klan are capable of.

Suspect Neil will regret his comments as he has just kissed goodbye to his RTV gig

This guy is in severe need of media training.

Love MCCann but when Alfie gets pelters from the media and the opposition, there’s no need for MCCann to get his bit in. Disappointed in him.

Beale threatening people now. I’m sure appropriate action will now take place from the authorities.

Sounds like mccanns comments has beale rattled. He’s pure rattled. How rattled can one guy be , rattled, under his skin rattled

That sounds like a threat. Will he be the next pundit who’s safety can’t be guaranteed at ibrox?

Pretty clear which of his former clubs McCann holds closer to his heart. Let him go and work for Hearts TV in future ??

Media backing fatty to the hilt
wait until somebody scores and runs over to the orcs doing the shoosh
and see the outcry
FromThe Sun story above;
“…The bitter legal wrangle between Gers and HMRC became known as the Big Tax Case, which later saw the club liquidated — before a “newco” was formed and allowed into the old Third Division…”
Think that’s possibly the first time I have read a clear, correct description in the SMSM.
No “demotion” or “continuation”.
…it’s only taken 11 years !
Big Alfoodo is trying to explain away his celebration in front of baying Hearts fans as trying to prevent a riot ,akin to the Neil Lennon assault some years ago ! Placing his finger to his lips asking for peace ! Rigghht…. Running to your own half of the pitch to preen himself would have been much smarter ! Has there ever been a more overrated ,smug , egotistical, spoilt buffoon who has played football in this country ?
All this crap about Alfie celebrating is just that, crap! Who’s not going to celebrate a goal, after all!
It is perhaps just a convenient smoke-screen by the SMSM for the SFA to do nothing about! You bet all those fat-cats in Hampden read all the ding-dong press!
But the real story of the moment is perhaps the double-standards of the SFA in regard to players’ registrations. And I don’t mean regarding sevco signing Raskin! Consider.
The beaks at SFA have just thrown Queens Park out of the Scottish Cup for fielding an ineligible player. Yet in the years leading up to 2012, it is well known that “The Rangers” were routinely fielding ineligible, or ahem, “Imperfectly Registered” players, in most if not all, of their games.
Yet the trophies which they won during the “Cheating Years” were never rescinded!
So there you are. Obvious double-standards being applied by the SFA.
But is anyone listening?
