A week ago Micky Beale was lapping up the attention as he fired out the soundbites at what he ludicrously claimed to be the biggest derby in world football.

No opportunity was wasted by the rookie Ibrox boss. After a lifetime of neglect he was revelling in the spotlight of the Scottish media, happy to relay his every comment without any questioning.

Fashion Sakala added his own special take on Sunday’s FOOTBALL MATCH but it was mainly through Beale but the former Liverpool u-5’s coach never realised that he was literally stoking the fires of at least one fan.

Ranting and raving at the game or online is one thing but the video above, if genuine is something very different.

Social media encourages extreme behaviour and reactions as the pitiful vloggers demonstrate but setting fire to a football shirt, using repeated foul language and recording it all on video is troubling.

It is too late now for Beale and the Ibrox PR team but he really needs to pipe down and concentrate on his incredible work on the training ground. Celtic Park on April 8 is the perfect time for the manager to produce on the pitch.

Will Micky Beale last one year as manager at Ibrox?
