Jane Lewis has been digging into the stats to justify her hurt and anger over Celtic’s (for now) victory in Friday’s SWPL Glasgow derby.
Good evening! To those who piled on last night… the stats that show #Rangers did dominate last nights #SWPL match. Again I’m not taking anything away from #Celtic who were more clinical so deserved their win. However ..… Now have a good night everyone ?? pic.twitter.com/opEY4nxUtu

While her colleagues enjoyed their Friday night off duty Lewis was in darkest Lanarkshire watching the action at Airdrie as Celtic put their city rivals to the sword.
On camera the BBC presenter is strictly impartial but online her Twitter account highlights a very obvious dislike for matters green and white.
Her post match tweet was jumped on by many Celtic fans, strangely Lewis refused to let it go with a few replies denying that she was hurting at the outcome of Friday’s match.
At least she did keep away from her Twitter account after Sunday’s match at Hampden and Celtic’s 22nd trophy in 11 seasons.
#Celtic 3 nil. Top of the league (for now). Rangers dominant but just couldn’t finish…

Which is what I said!! Rangers not clinical despite possession and chances .. Celtic were clinical with their chances… ?????

Does this wee Motherwell woman know the meaning of the word dominance?
It is not possible to be beaten 3-0 and be dominant.
This smacks of someone who gives any credit to the winners grudgingly and through gritted teeth, which is qualified by her needless use of “for now”.
Why say that at all?
It really makes you wonder about her mindset. Is it a Lanarkshire thing?
Does her proximity to Larkhall have any influence?
It appears she is really upset about the justifiable reaction to this given her comment at the weekend that she didn’t want to talk about it. She has been found out and knows it.
The truth is that she is of very limited ability as a sports journalist and TV presenter, and I suspect she is well aware of this.
So to make herself seem important she makes totally stupid comments about what she sees as an easy target, forgetting that these days Celtic is strongly represented in social media, more strongly than anyone else.
Sorry missus but your bias is showing, and remember that we know that you would never get the same gig(s) in any other country.
Only in Scotland, where mediocrity is rewarded.
Mediocrity is a secondary criteria.
Gushing sycophancy based on racism and religious bigotry
is the sole entry level qualification for the staunch ‘Churnalists’
of the SMSM.
