It looked very much like they had been briefed by someone inside the club’s Communications Department.

When Celtic scored their second goal in the Glasgow Derby there wasn’t the slightest hint of foul play, if there had been Ally McCoist and Andy Walker would have been howling in unison.

James Tavernier was at the scene of the crime with his disappointment aimed at Ben Davies for a school-boy mistake. The former Liverpool defender certainly made no protest.

Soon after the final whistle, still in his club kit Tavernier told Sky Sports about the handball from Jota in the lead up to Kyogo Furuhashi’s second goal.

Sky had a chance to review the goal before interviewing Beale but allowed Gary McAllister’s former bibs and cones assistant to parrot the same complaint unchallenged.

Eilidh Barbour did get to review the incident in the Sky Sports studio at Celtic Park, even Kris Boyd couldn’t put up an argument to justify the howling of Beale and Tavernier.

It’s a joy to watch that pathetic klub embarrassing themselves-AGAiN!!
Tav told us the real wangers were comin not so long ago and that had me so wowwied.
They don’t do humility that bunch of kants..

O the BBC highlights McCann couldn’t help mentioning hand ball.
Not one of them could bring themselves to say Beale and Tavenier were wrong.
This implied hand ball will continue be mentioned all week and it will eventually just be accepted as fact.
A bit like Rangers surviving Liquidation.

On the Morelos goal that wasn’t.
Well All Fredo does that wee shove in the defender’s back in mist games but seldom if ever do the refs penalise him for it.
The wee shove you see gives him that extra yard to work in when the ball inevitably drops at his feet.
AJ goes down easily but the reason for that is he’s felt the shove and it’s resulted in him missing the flight of the ball.
So you go to ground and hope the ref or VAR has seen it.
Which thankfully Clancy did as he’s positioned himself in a great place to see it.
Correct decision it’s a foul and no goal.

A push in the back is a foul anywhere on the field. Lardass’s problem is that he expects to get away with it, as in the Viaplay final. He fouls to gain an advantage, which allows him to score.

His muppet manager will trot out any old pish or bollocks to excuse his shite tactics: foul dive and try for a set piece. It’s ALL they’ve got.

Sore losers ralottierum, with the accent on LOSERS!

Maybe Beale should ask Wenger for a DNA kit to see if Johnston’s top had fatboys hands on it
