Despite their superlative efforts over the last couple of weeks even the Daily Record toiled to find a positive line to spin on today’s court news.
The Elite Sports Group were caught up in the crossfire of the Sports Direct case, took all of the hits then cut short their three year contract after multiple breaches of the 2018 deal.
Even in administration Elite are showing their muscle with a claim for £9.5m in lost sales, today at the Court of Session on Edinburgh Lord Baird ordered the Ibrox club to hand over sales details from 2020/21 with Castore Sports which would have been the final year of the Hummel contract.
With the Record unable to explain their way out of that ruling some Internet Bampots highlighted a few inconsistencies in their coverage of all matters Ibrox.
Is it the club or the company getting sued?

I fear that his Lordship, will be blackballed from the craft, for such a disloyal act. Yer man really needs to get with the programme.
Hail Hail.
Thing is this is not a SFA thing.
This is a real, proper, Fiscal Court case. Nowhere to hide, £9.5mil claim. The Death Knell sounds as loud as the ting, ting bells on the ice cream van.
The biggest Ibrox story since 2012, the very real possibility of Administration and not a peep from the stennies.
