With perfect timing Celtic have released a studio version of Jota on the Wing by Ellie Dixon and Big Bemz.
From a random request on BBC 5 Live! A couple of weeks ago the song has gained momentum culminating in today’s release.
Dixon and Bemz are joined in the studio by the Superstar from Portugal, although he is a keen DJ he restricts himself to tapping along as the professionals sing his praises.
The timing could have been suspect had the result gone against Celtic today but in typical fashion Jota scored what turned out to be the decisive goal in the match.
A wayward pass from John Souttar proved too good to resist, Jota was onto it before Allan McGregor, took the ball past the veteran keeper with one touch then slid the ball into the net with his second.
