It doesn’t take much to impress the Ibrox support with Raskin ticking most boxes with Tuesday’s Instagram post.
The gushing praise being directed at the Belgian is exactly the same as the noise around Tillman a few weeks ago, between his Hampden and Celtic Park no-shows.
